You are not alone when side by side

Online Every sat: 9am to 10:00am (AEST)

  • Side by side is a group therapy for men living with Multiple Sclerosis

Living with a condition like MS can feel isolating. Side by Side is a place for men to come together, talk about the hard stuff, and learn practical ways to cope.

You’ll gain insights into managing change, overcoming internalised stigma, and rebuilding your sense of control and identity. The best part is meeting and socialising with other men going through the same thing as you.

The group therapy is led by a qualified and accredited counsellor who also lives with MS, our approach blends real-life understanding with evidence-based practices like CBT and social prescribing. Every session offers tools, encouragement, and honest connection.
