All my sessions are run through secure telehealth systems, that are easy to use. That means no waiting rooms, no travel, no hassle. You just book a time, click the link I send you, and we’re talking. You can do it from home, at work, or even sitting in your ute.

It’s just a chat. In the first session, we’ll talk about you and get an understanding of what is going on, what you’d like to change, and what’s getting in the way. From there, we’ll start working on practical steps to get you moving forward.

That means our sessions are straightforward, goal-driven, and tailored to you. I’m not here to drag things out for years. I want you back on track as soon as possible.
