Being a former Chippy and living with a disability, I understand that it helps to speak to someone that’s lived it.
My goal is to make support approachable and accessible.
No judgment. No stigma. Just honest conversations that can make a real difference.
I have online sessions, face-to-face and over the phone, available weekdays, weekends and after hours.

What do you work on?

Anger: Anger can sneak up and spill over at work, at home, or with the people you care about. Maybe you’ve said things you regret, or you’re worried it’s getting harder to control. This isn’t about blame, it’s about finding what’s underneath and building better ways to deal with it.

Addiction: When life gets tough, it’s easy to lean on things like alcohol, gambling, or porn. Over time, they start calling the shots. Addiction doesn’t mean weakness—it means you’re human. Here’s a space to talk honestly, cut through the stigma, and start taking back control.

Relationships: Relationships get strained… Partners, family, friends, or colleagues at work. Stress, silence, or constant conflict can wear you down. Sometimes talking it through with someone outside helps. We’ll work on communication and find new ways to reconnect.

Mental Health: Stress, anxiety, depression, burnout and negative self-talk don’t just live in your head; they affect your sleep, energy, and patience, too. Trying to “tough it out” only makes it worse. You don’t have to do it alone. This is a space to be real, unpack what’s going on, and find a way forward.

Disability: Living with a disability changes things—how you see yourself and how others see you. You don’t need to have it all figured out. This is a place to be honest about what’s changed, what hasn’t, and how to move forward on your own terms. No pity, just real support.

Affordable: Money’s tight these days. At $80 a session, it’s cheaper than the co-pay on a mental health plan, so there are fewer excuses to put it off.

Available: I’m focused on getting you back on track, not keeping you in therapy for years. That means I’ve got more spots open, more often.
